About the Role
We desire an enthusiastic Bartender or Mixologist to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Hospitality at 1,000% each shift. You are there to entertain and make each guest feel special each visit = whether it is their first time or their hundredth time. Good Bartenders / Mixologists will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectation.
Responsibilities
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Interact positively and confidently with Wait Staff
Must be able to take care of multiple tables and guest at one time
Must be a team player
Must have reliable transportation
Must show up for each shift on time
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Motivated with have a high energy level and maintain a calm and friendly demeanor
Computer literacy
Respectful and hospitable to everyone
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Able to excel in high pressure environments
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Guest-oriented and always demonstrate a desire to be of service
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Able to recognize common signs of intoxication and know how to address the situation
Available to a variety of opens, swings, and closes including weekends and holidays
Relevant training certificate
Must be 21 years old
